Menu Plan Monday--Feb. 22

 
This week is scheduled to be a quiet week here.  

I am starting to think about my March Menu.  I plan to try out doing some OAMC cooking to make the meal preps a bit easier around here.  

I've been reading about Amish cooking.  I'm finding the recipes to be both healthy and simple.  I am so into cooking from scratch and knowing exactly what is in my food.  I feel like my family is taking in less sugar, fat, and sodium-and we are still enjoying!

Here's what is on tap for this week--


Monday-Mexican Macaroni (from the freezer)

Tuesday-Turkey Patties, Veggies, Fries

Wednesday- Southwest Roll-ups

Thursday- SC Spaghetti and Meatballs, Veggie, Italian Bread sticks

Friday- Waffles, Eggs, Fruit

Saturday- B:Cereal
     L: Mac and Cheese
     D: Chicken Parmigiana, Homemade Bread, Salad

Sunday- B:Egg Cupcakes, Bacon, Bread
     L:Who knows...
     D: Snacks on Sunday--TBA

Can anyone else recommend some good "cooking from scratch/whole food" sites or cookbooks?  It keeps me motivated!
