My dear friend Alison spent 5 years in Paris with her husband raising two beautiful children and three years later has written a funny, poignant memoir of her experiences as a mommy in Paris, France.
The book had me laughing, crying, and wanting more at the end!

I would love to win this book for two reasons: 1) I have a love affair with Paris (who doesn't?). Although I've never been there, I'd love to, so it would be great fun to read this. 2) I am the mommy of three kids, two boys and a girl--aged 2 years, 1 year, and 3 months. For the "mom" part of this book, I am SO THERE :) In other words, in some ways I can relate, but mostly it just sounds fun and interesting!

I would like to read this book because since I've had a little one, I haven't even read a book, and it's been a while since I've become a mom...a long while. I always love books that have mommy stories, especially since I don't live in an area where I can talk to/get together with other moms.
