Bread Machine Thin Pizza Crust

 Pizza is a real winner around here for dinner, therefore, I keep recreating it in different ways.  Here's my version of a thin crust that has totally melted our taste buds!

Bread Machine Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients
1 3/4 c Water
2 TB olive oil
1 TB honey
5 of flour (you can mix bread flour and wheat)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
2 TB Parmesan cheese


Directions:
1. Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order listed.
2. Once cycle is finished plop dough onto floured area and dived into 4 portions.


3. Roll out each portion into 10 inch circles

5.  Continue to follow your pizza recipe for further instruction OR

For basic pizza--


Top with your favorite pizza sauce, cheese and topping.  Brush the edges with olive oil and bake the pizza for 5-7 minutes.

We have started using a pizza stone and it makes the BEST pizza.
