Chili--3 Ways

Last week I made two crock pots of chili. Little did I know I would make it into several dishes through out the week.




Here's the story of our chili--

Tuesday I made the chili to serve at a slow-cooker recipe exchange we had at our house. We were able to send leftovers with friends.
Wednesday we had chili leftovers.
Thursday my husband and I had chili for lunch.
Friday I made homemade spaghetti sauce and poured some leftover chili into the warm sauce.


Leftovers are working for me!  Less time in the kitchen, more time with the family, and more time to experiment with new recipes!

  1. I love chili too! I've never thought about pouring it over spaghetti noodles, but definitely going to try it! We usually eat chili the first night, then later in the week we have chili cheese nachos. Any leftovers get mixed up with some cooked brown rice and rolled it into a flour tortilla to have "burritos" or "enchiladas". I put these in the freezer and we eat them as we need them.
